Sounds good...I could see having a 112XLT + 112XST, though I would guess the 112XST might be larger in size than the 112XLT.

The request for a 112XST comes along every couple of months and the last time, Lane said we're going to really like the 112 neo when it's finished, implying that it will have a flatter response than the 112XLT.  I'm looking forward to it.

I wonder if a flatter responding 112 would have the same ability to be heard as the xlt? One of the key benefits is the size to perceived volume ration, and if that is lost will it be as viable a cab over a 210xst?

This was mentioned several times before, but, i don't think anytime soon, i read one tread that you get two two d112xlt and turn the tweeter almost off and add some bottom on the dial. the same with a 4 ohm cab, i don't think we'll see that either, but i agree options are great

Yeah, that's my stuffing experiment, which I'm still playing happily. It's probably as XST as a 112xlt will get, but bear in mind that I preferred the stock xlt as a standalone. The two together really kick butt, but it seems to be the xst that's more reliant on the xlt.
