COVERS ARE HERE -- GIG BAGS, TOO!!!!
« on: November 13, 2006, 07:44:47 PM »
Finally!!!!! Four different vendors over how many months??? The wait is over... at least for many of us. Here's the deal:

THE GIG BAGS ARE HERE!!!!!

AND SO ARE SEVERAL SIZES OF COVERS!!!!!

The gig bags will fit both the Time Traveler models (WT330, 390, 405) and Traveler models (WT400 and 550). Comes with a shoulder strap and a handle on each side. Three heavy duty feet on the bottom. It's a tad deeper than the heads, especially the 400 and 550, so those who want extra protection for the DI knob (something I've not needed in ten years of bag use) can put a couple of 2" foam sections down there to hold the amp off the floor of the bag slightly.

The covers we now have in stock are:

210XLT and XST
410XLT and XST
115XLT and XL (same as 410XST)
D212XLT (same as 410XLT)
DC210XLT Metro

And we have ONE HUNDRED of each in stock!!!!!

Now...don't call quite yet... as David has to enter the final prices into the system before we can sell them. I have his promise that it will be done by Wednesday this week. So, we'll be loading these items onto the web store this week. If not, then he owes me a fabulously expensive steak dinner complete with hundred+ dollar bottles of wine for making me look stupid. (And, yes, David is reading this, because I  am copying this post and emailing it to him. Hi, David!!)

As far as I can tell, the top RETAIL price will be $70 or so. I'll knwo more in a day or two. Please don't ask me for pricing before that, as I won't be able to answer you. As soon as I know, so will you.

Now, more news for those who are going to want to know:

The next order of covers includes models for the 610XLT and the DC112XLT combo. We're not entirely sure what other models we'll get, so if you have a specific need, email me. Don't just drop it here -- take a minute to send me an email. That way I can keep proper track, ok?

So... thank you VERY much for your patience. I know it's been tough... and it's been tough for us, too -- and frustrating.

I've also just finished emailing Lane this, but wanted to post the text of the email so he won't get duplicate requests:

"Lane- I, and many other owners, would love to have Eden covers for the CXC-110 combo and CX-110 extension cabinet."

I know, I've posted on this several times in recent months. But the time seems right, with the Eden move complete and with this new batch of covers available for other amps and models.

And I probably will get a carry bag for my WT-390 head for the times when I remove it from the CXC-110.

Covers, gig bags, WTX260's, swag, pimpin' knobs...I knew there was a reason I hadn't given my wife a Christmas wish list...until tonight! She'll be grateful for not having to knit or sew cab covers for my three 12's!

Lane:

Any of the gig bags fit the NA650? The newborn will need a child's seat too?

Thanks

Covers are available, but only 100 of each one.  Better hurry and get your orders in before JTB decides to get covers for his whole rig...

Nope! They're NOT fictional. Heh heh... In fact, I've got covers for the 210XLT and 210XST cabs with me... along with two amp bags to carry the 405 and 550.

Two things  I really like -- the embroidered logo looks *good*. Padding feels solid.

Don't know yet about 650 bag. I'll have to check...
