Wow! Now that the near field monitors are out and available for purchase, I thought it would be really great to fill out the sound with an eden studio sub. Just a 1x10 cabinet to roll out that deep bass for added power...

Matt i think part of the point of the EM's was that David thought he could get as good bass response as other systems with subwoofer without one. That's what i remember Lane saying anyway.

Really? I sure hope so! That would be super cool. Leave it to Eden to make small studio monitors that really kick!

We've talked about the possibility of a sub...but, yeah, David was after great bass response without one. I should have a test pair here in about a week...at which time I can a/b them against my sub-equipped speakers.

nono, I personally am not a favorite of x.1 systems neither.
