Hi Sachmo and welcome to the Garden!

Unfortunately I can't tell you the size. If I ware at home I could take one out to measure.
You don't have the old screws to measure?
I will try to get info, but I recommend to check on your cab, because production moved a few times and I'm not sure that the fasteners stayed the same.
What year is your D115XLT?
Rock on!

I believe it is a 2007 cab , according to the speaker date.  I purchased this cab off a guy who did a DIY speaker repair with a paper towel and mounted with 2 stripped machine screws and a wood screw.  I have since had it professionally reconed.

I managed to pry out one of the t nuts in the cab and went to Home Depot and found the size.  It's a 10 -24 x 3/4 machine screw.  Thank you for your effort in my search.

If the stripped machine screws are the correct ones, you can take them to your local hardware store and they should be able to match them with undamaged screws.

Barring that, you could drag the whole cab to the store and try matching them that way. That would be a pain, I know, but might be the shortest distance between two points.
