Last night, the fugees reunited on stage for the first time in a decade for the BET awards. The bass player had a nice 410 and some eden head (too blurry to tell) right on stage.

Actually, the Fugees reunited last year for a filmed outdoor concert hosted by Dave Chappelle in Brooklyn, NY.
I worked at the show (as a camera assistant). More details here:

I saw Alphonso Johnson play tonight with the Greg Rolie Band here in La Crosse, WI. He was using an older Eden head...400 maybe? I couldn't see the lettering....and two Eden 4x10 cabs...one was a newer D410XLT and the other cab was older. The soundcheck was worth the price of admission...while everyone was getting their spot for the fireworks, I watched Johnson and bandmates zip through a couple of tunes during their soundcheck...Johnson is a friggin monster...he was playing some stuff during level checks that was blowing me away...the rig sounded fantastic, too....You gotta love it..:)

Can you turn your amp down? ...you're over-modulating

On the North Sea Jazz festival in The Hague the Netherlands (THE biggest Jazz/Rock/Blues festival in Europe) Eden supplied all amps and cabs in 2003 and 2004. Im not sure they will do this in 2005.. Lane? The festival takes 3 days and on a single day an average of 50 bands/groups are playing.

So I've seen many bands playing, like Randy Brecker, Steve Winwood, George Benson, Marcus Miller, Incognito, Spyro Gyra, etc. with their bassman playing on Eden.

After the festival the Eden rigs go back to the music stores, that will sell it for a reduced prize someting like 30% discount.

I don't have any info to offer. This is all done through the European distributor network. But it sounds like a great festival!

Seems that Al will be on Jimmy Kimmel (ABC late night show) on (I think!) Thursday. He'll be performing with Motown R&B artist Kem.

What do you mean? Jimmy kimmel live isn't really live? Next thing you know, you'll be convincing me there aren't two saturday night live crews to pull off the show live at both 11:30 ET and 11:35 (in boston).
Will it play in Peoria?

Hey, I hate to be the one to do that to you...all I know is I got a call from Al while he was in the Green Room...said their segment wouldn't be on until Friday night.

Maybe it's just the music. Yeeeaaahhhh...that's it. It's just the music...

These all seem to be TV sightings... but I'll add a live sighting: bassist for Orange County swing/jump blues/Americana band "The Kid and Nic Show" had a WT400 through a Behringer 210 (he told me he has a 210XLT but takes the Behringer 'cause stuff gets abuse on the road). Saw them at our annual "Taste in San Pedro" event.

Last night (Tuesday, 8/23/05) on Tonight Show w/ Jay Leno the musical guest was KEM.  It was R&B/hip-hop type stuff, and I have no idea who he is, but his bassist had a WT-xxx? sitting on top of a pair of 410XLT's.  NICE!
